The sun slowly rose over the horizon, light shining over the large forest. The trees swaying softly in the gently blowing breeze. Everything was quiet, not a creature in sight. It was like a peaceful dream. Soon the wind began to speed up and loop around, forming into a sphere before violently exploding with a loud shock-wave. A streak of light shot down towards the ground from the centre of the explosion, causing another one as it landed. Two figures flew out of the light as it hit the ground and bounced a few times before skidding to a stop. One was knocked out instantly, while the other slowly lost consciousness as another figure came towards them, everything quickly went black…

Eventually, one of the figures began to wake. They groaned, clearly in some sort of pain, they slowly opened their eyes and looked around, one thing they immediately noticed was something white next to them, they took a closer look, it was a Vulpix. Or more specifically, an Alolan Vulpix, “what is that?” the figure asked, clearly talking to them-self, the reached out to touch the Alolan Vulpix but froze when they saw their arm, or rather, what should be an arm. Instead there was a leg covered in red fur. They looked up the leg, following it to their body, the body of a Vulpix, “...what the hell am I!?” they panicked, leaping up onto two legs and immediately falling over, crying out in pain, “whats going on!? Where am I!? What am I!?.” The yelling from the Vulpix disturbed the Alolan Vulpix and they too began to woke up.

“Hey… quit yelling i'm trying to sleep here.” the Alolan Vulpix looked at the Vulpix, eyes still closed

“Aah! The thing talks!” the Vulpix yelled out, panicking even more, the Alolan Vulpix opened their eyes,

“I am not a th-” the Alolan Vulpix began panicking much like the Vulpix, “what the hell are you!?”

“I don't know what i am! But what the hell are you!?” the Vulpix responded

“I'm a human! Now what are you!?” The Alolan Vulpix argued, unaware of their appearance

“No you are not! I was a human and you definitely aren't one!” The Vulpix stated

“What are you ta-” the Alolan Vulpix looked at them-self, “what the hell!?” They called out angrily

“That's what I want to know!” the Vulpix replied in a similar manner

“Panicking isn't solving anything!” the Alolan Vulpix concluded

“Right! We need to calm down and think about this” the Vulpix agreed

The two both took a deep breath and calmed down. “Alright, let's think about this logically, okay?” the Alolan Vulpix nodded in agreement.

“So you say you were once a human, right?  Because i was a human, but we aren't anymore, what are we? Looking at this situation-” the Alolan Vulpix started, but was rudely interrupted

“Clearly we have no idea what we are, we have never seen this kind of creature bef-” the Vulpix tried to explain but was interrupted them-self

“We are clearly not on earth anymore, the creatures we are do not exist on ear-” The Alolan Vulpix tried to finish, but the Vulpix wasn’t happy

“Why the hell did you cut me off?” They yelled

“Because you cut me off… twice!” The Alolan Vulpix responded angrily

“Who said you were the leader here!?” The Vulpix argued

“One of us has to be so i chose me!” The Alolan Vulpix retorted

“I’m a way better leader than you!” The Vulpix proclaimed

“How dare you!” The Alolan Vulpix jumped at the Vulpix, tackling them and pinning them on their back, the Vulpix growled and brought their legs under the Alolan Vulpix and pushed, shoving the Alolan Vulpix away, they both quickly stood up. Growling at each other.

“You are so predictable, I knew exactly what you were going to do” The Vulpix announced smugly

“That’s not going to help you, i knew exactly what you were going to do!” The Alolan responded just as smugly

“You’re lying!” The Vulpix ran over to the Alolan one and went to trip them over, but the Alolan Vulpix just moved out of the way with ease, they then went to swipe at the Vulpix's face, but the Vulpix easily blocked the strike The two continued to fight, dodging and blocking each other’s attacks perfectly. Eventually, after some time, the two got tired, slowly circling each other, panting heavily, they jumped at each other one last time and headbutted each other, they both collapse on the ground, too weak to get back up.

“Ha!... i told you. I told you, you were-... stop mimicking me… I said stop it! Stop! Hey! Stop saying the same thing I'm saying!” The two called out at the exact same time

“Alright what the hell! How were you able to predict every move I made so easily!? And how were you able to say the same things as me, at the same time as me! Are you reading my mind!?” The Vulpix complained

“I would like to ask you the same thing! I couldn't land a hit on you! This is ridiculous! Can you see the future or something!?” Was the Alolan Vulpix’s reply

“Ridiculous is right… I leave for ten minutes and I come home to find the two that were unconscious for two days are suddenly awake and have practically destroyed the interior of my home!” The two different Vulpix stopped talking and looked around hearing a new voice. Realising for the first time where they were, a house that was now fill of broken furniture, eventually they noticed a door on the far side of the room, in front of it was a figure, hidden in shadows. The figure took a step forward, revealing them-self to be a Lucario...
